這一次，我們邀請你慢下來，透過對話與創作，

重新理解自己，也重新看見他人——

在覺察與書寫之間，找到更穩定而真實的自我位置。

 

活動亮點

特權量表覺察 —— 透過設計給清大學生的情境量表，重新思考「我擁有了什麼？又是如何擁有的？」

假設性缺失對話 —— 換位思考不同生命條件，打開同理與理解的可能。

墨染書籤手作 —— 在水墨流動的隨機之中，創作專屬於你的圖樣，將經驗轉化為具象的記憶。

衣服意象探索 —— 從「外在條件」與「內在韌性」的對照中，重新書寫屬於自己的生命故事。

 

活動理念

我們常將成功歸因於努力，卻忽略了環境帶來的影響；

也可能在比較之中，懷疑自己的價值。

 

透過「特權量表」與創作歷程，

這場工作坊希望帶你看見——

那些你擁有的資源，以及在資源之外，仍然成立的你。

 

當我們開始理解差異，就更能溫柔地看待自己，也更能真誠地理解他人。

【"Invisible Buffs": Privilege Awareness & Suminagashi Bookmark Workshop】

 

We all move through life with different starting points.

Some come from effort, some from opportunity—

and some from advantages we've never fully noticed.

 

This workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and create—

to better understand yourself, and to see others with deeper empathy.

Through dialogue and art, we explore how identity, environment, and resilience intertwine.

 

Event Highlights

Privilege Scale Reflection – A 15-question scale tailored to student life, exploring economic, informational, and psychological resources.

Hypothetical Perspective Dialogue – Step outside your own background and imagine different life conditions.

Suminagashi Art Creation – Create unique marbled patterns through the fluid movement of ink, embracing randomness as part of your story.

Clothing Metaphor Exploration – Reflect on the contrast between external advantages and inner resilience.

 

Concept

We often attribute success solely to effort,

while overlooking the influence of environment and opportunity.

At the same time, comparison can lead us to doubt our own worth.

 

Through reflection and artistic expression,

this workshop invites you to recognize both—

what you've been given, and who you are beyond it.

 

Understanding differences allows us

to be gentler with ourselves, and more empathetic toward others.
