大使講座  法國在台協會主任 龍燁

說到法國，總讓人聯想到浪漫的巴黎鐵塔、塞納河畔的夜色，以及羅浮宮與奧賽美術館的藝術光輝。

然而，法國不只是文化與時尚之都，更是歐洲與全球事務的重要推手。從氣候行動、歐盟政策，到印太戰略合作，都能看見法國的積極角色。

近年來，法國與台灣在文化、教育、科技與創新等領域的交流愈加緊密。

這次，天下書院榮幸邀請 法國在臺協會主任 Franck Roger Paul Paris-Vilaceque 帶來專題演講，分享法國如何透過文化外交與國際合作，深化與台灣的連結與理解。

When we think of France, images of the romantic Eiffel Tower , the serene Seine River , and the artistic brilliance of the Louvre and Musée d’Orsay  naturally come to mind.

Yet France is not only a symbol of culture and fashion  — it also plays a vital role in European and global affairs . From climate action  and EU policy to Indo-Pacific strategic cooperation , France continues to demonstrate its active engagement on the world stage.

In recent years, France and Taiwan have strengthened their exchanges in culture, education , technology , and innovation .

This time, NTHU Global Program is honored to invite Franck Paris , Director of the French Office in Taipei, to deliver a special lecture on how France advances cultural diplomacy and international cooperation to deepen mutual understanding and connections with Taiwan .
