即將於 4/13 下午舉辦泰國宋干節潑水體驗活動。
宋干節又被稱為東南亞國家的新年，
一般為期三天，人們會去佛寺浴佛祈求好運，
並在最後一天互相潑水祝福！
潑水節活動中，你可以~
透過遊戲方式及泰國同學分享認識泰國新年文化，
為即將到來的期中考祈福，
享受泰國新年氛圍及潑水的沁涼痛快！
並一同體驗/享用泰式奶茶！

Want to experience the traditions of Songkran Festival in Thailand but never had a chance?
Feeling overwhelmed by midterms and needing a break?
NTHU Global Program will host a Songkran Festival water-splashing event on the afternoon of April 13th! 

The Songkran Festival, also known as the traditional New Year in Southeast Asian countries, typically lasts for three days. People visit temples to bathe Buddha statues for blessings and, on the final day, people go on streets and splash water on each other and wish for good luck.

During the water-splashing event, you can:
Learn about Thai New Year culture through games and sharing with Thai students 
Pray for good luck in the upcoming midterms
Immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere of Thai New Year 
Enjoy a cup of Thai milk tea!

We sincerely invite you to enjoy the joyful atmosphere of Songkran Festival (and delicious Thai milk tea) together!
